George W. Bush library dedication begins in Dallas

DALLAS (AP) ? The dedication ceremony for the George W. Bush Presidential Center has begun.

After a performance of "God Bless America," former Commerce Secretary Don Evans gave welcoming remarks. He chairs the George W. Bush Foundation.

Bush and President Barack Obama, along with former Presidents Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and George W. Bush's father, George H.W. Bush, are all expected to give remarks on the stage flanked by American flags in front of the entrance to the library.

The center on the campus of Southern Methodist University includes the presidential library and museum along with the 43rd president's policy institute. The center opens to the public May 1.

A crowd of about 10,000 was gathered for the outdoor ceremony under clear blue skies with morning temperatures in the 50s.

Colorado closer to creating position of ?climate change czar?

On a day when Colorado was hit with an unexpected late-season blizzard that dumped nearly a foot of snow on northern parts of the state, a Democratic bill creating the position of a state climate-change czar passed out of committee on a 7-6 party line vote.

If the bill becomes law, the new czar ? whose official title has yet to be decided ? would develop a climate change action plan and report annually to the state legislature about how climate change is impacting the state.

Sponsor Rep. Paul Rosenthal (D., 9th Dist.) said issues like cataclysmic wildfires, reduced snowpack and bark beetle infestation are the results of a decade-long drought that demand action.

The climate-change director would propose policies for green energy initiatives and efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Rosenthal also said climate change is an economic issue because less snow impacts winter tourism at ski resorts and results in less water in Colorado?s rivers and streams.

Colorado relies virtually entirely on snowfall for its water supply.

?Climate change is underway,? Rosenthal said. ?The United States is getting warmer and it?s primarily due to greenhouse gases caused by manmade engines.?

The new role wouldn?t require any state funds, he said, because the duties could be added to an existing position within the governor?s office.

Republican committee members ? some of whom squabbled with Rosenthal?s witnesses about scientific details and causes of global warming ? saw the bill as a waste of time. Leaders in both parties have already called for late nights and a possible weekend workday to deal with a backlog of bills still to be heard before the session ends on May 8.

Some committee members argued that debating a time-consuming issue like climate change takes away from more pressing issues.

?I think there are bigger fish to fry and this is just another one of those things that I think we?re wasting time on,? said Rep. Jerry Sonnenberg, a Republican. ?We have so much work to do. I think this will do nothing but (cause) us to waste our time and not get to things that are more important like creating jobs and improving the economy.?

Others took issue with how the bill sought to address climate change.

?If this problem is anywhere near as large and important as you describe it, I just cannot see how a part-time position could do much about it,? said Republican Rep. Bob Rankin. ?If it?s really the problem you describe, it?s probably intractable. I think this position is unnecessary and I don?t believe (it can) possibly have a zero fiscal impact to prepare for global warning.?

But the Democrats who supported the bill called it reasonable to create a position in the government to measure how climate change was affecting everything from tourism to agriculture.

?Obviously, climate change is real,? said Rep. Steve Lebsock, whose comment was met with audible laughter from one of the committee members. ?The policy that this state makes is critical to our future.?

HP ElitePad 900

The HP ElitePad 900 ($799 list) is an enterprise-oriented Windows 8 slate tablet that combines the looks of a consumer-oriented tablet like the Apple iPad with enterprise friendly features that corporate users need. It's an all-day tablet with a plethora of add-on accessories that bridge the gap between laptop and tablet, without being classified as a hybrid or convertible tablet. It's got all day battery performance and 4G HSPA+ WWAN networking, but unless you're a HP shop there are other slate tablet choices out there.

Design and Features
The ElitePad 900 has a premium look, with its machined aluminum unibody chassis and Gorilla Glass 2 screen. Other business-minded tablets like the Editors' Choice Dell Latitude 10 ($749), Dell Latitude 10 Enhanced Security ($779), and Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 ($729) come with extra ports on the chassis, but HP decided to keep the ElitePad 900 simple, with just a power button, volume control, rotate lock button, headset jack, hidden micro SD and SIM card slots, and a single docking port. Contrast this with the Latitude 10, which includes micro-USB, full size USB 2.0, SD card slot, mini-HDMI, and a Kensington lock port to the mix. While this keeps the ElitePad 900's design clean and clutter free, it also could hobble the user base that HP is approaching with this system: the SMB and enterprise business user. If deployed alone (more on that below), the ElitePad 900 user will have to tell a colleague to email a file to him rather than simply sharing it on a USB stick.

The ElitePad 900 measures a compact 0.36 by 10.25 by 7 inches (HWD) and weighs 1.37 pounds. This is quite portable, and thanks to its 10.1-inch screen it's a lot easier to hold in the hand than the 11-inch tablets like the Acer Iconia W700-6465 ($999.99) and the HP Envy X2 (11-g012nr) ($849). The ElitePad 900 comes with a 16:10 aspect ratio (1,280 by 800 resolution) screen, which differs from the normal 16:9 (1,280 by 768 resolution) screen found on other slate tablets. This was done to keep parity with other 16:10 screens on older desktops, laptops and tablet PCs, but you'll only notice if your in-house apps were formatted with 16:10 in mind.

You or your organization can purchase accessories including adapters for VGA/HDMI ($49), extra AC adapters ($49), a docking station with USB ports and HDMI ($119), and the $79 Expansion Jacket. The Expansion Jacket is pretty much a must-buy item for the ElitePad 900, as it comes with two USB 2.0 ports, a full-size SD card slot, and HDMI port. The Expansion Jacket also has a slot for an extra battery ($149), which will give you extra hours of battery life. The ElitePad 900 plus Expansion Jacket sans battery comes in at 2.09 pounds. We also previewed HP's $199 Productvity Jacket, which is essentially a keyboard dock with two USB ports and SD, but no battery capabilities. With the Productivity Jacket, the ElitePad comes in at a still svelte 2.96 pounds. Note that the ElitePad 900 doesn't work with digitizing styluses using Wacom technology. HP says that they will have a digitizing stylus available soon, but it wasn't available at the time of our review.

The ElitePad 900 has an Intel Atom Z2760 processor, 2GB of memory, and a 64GB SSD, which means that it can run a full version of Windows 8 Pro instead of a more mobile-oriented OS like Android, iOS, or Windows RT. This means that the system is compatible with your business' existing Windows 7 apps. Because of the included recovery partition and some included apps, the system has 42.1GB out of 54.1GB on its C: drive. This is a bit better than the Dell Latitude 10 (33.4GB free) or the Lenovo Tablet 2 (36.8 GB free), but is unlikely to be an issue unless you start to carry large numbers of video files around with you. Still, 42GB is a lot of space for a full install of Office with room left over for thousands of Office docs.

The ElitePad 900 includes a lot of preloaded programs and utilities like Kindle, Skype, Netflix, Evernote, Skitch, HP Pagelift (a document scanning program), and a four year subscription to Absolute Data Protect's Find My PC. The system comes with a one year warranty. The ElitePad 900 model we reviewed has a HSPA+ 4G modem built in, which will work with T-Mobile and AT&T service in the US. HP is offering T-Mobile service plans at time of purchase. The ElitePad 900 has a NFC sensor on the back, so you can log on with a smart card or other RFID system used by your organization.

In addition to the jackets, HP has another differentiator that separates it from the pack: you can buy a multi-tablet charging module for the ElitePad 900. Essentially, this is a rolling cabinet with multiple charging docks for the tablets. This is quite useful for vertical apps like health care and educational users. In these kinds of situations, you won't miss the USB ports on the tablet itself.

One thing you will miss is easy access to the built-in micro SD slot. The microSD reader and SIM card slot for the ElitePad 900 is hidden under a door that requires a slim pin to open. It's like the SIM slot on a smartphone or manual eject on a DVD drive. While it makes the tablet itself sleeker, it also makes access hard than it should be, and the floppy door that pops open is just begging to be ripped off my a clumsy user. In contrast, the Lenovo Tablet 2 has easy access to micro SD and to its SIM slot, while the Dell Latitude 10 has a full SD slot and hidden SIM slot behind the removable battery. Speaking of batteries, the ElitePad 900's 25WHr battery is sealed to the end user, but IT pros with a HP-supplied setup can replace internal components like the battery and screen in an in-house IT lab.

Performance
HP ElitePad 900 Like other Atom-powered slates, the ElitePad 900 can run some, but not all of our benchmark tests. At the day-to-day PCMark 7 test, the ElitePad 900 was neck and neck with the Dell Latitude 10, and both were slightly behind the Lenovo Tablet 2. All three are weak at our handbrake video encode test, thought the ElitePad 900 came in many minutes behind the others with a score of 15 minutes. The ElitePad 900 also came in last at the battery rundown test compared with its Atom-powered brethren.. While its battery rundown score of 8 hours, 23 minutes is excellent compared with Core i5 systems like the Microsoft Surface Pro (4:58), it is far shorter than the Dell Latitude 10, with its standard (9:20) or extended (19:38) battery. Essentially, the ElitePad 900 is a passable all-day slate tablet, but other competitors have better battery life.

And that's the dilemma, isn't it? If your business is committed to HP services and products through contracts, then the HP ElitePad 900 is a very good Windows 8 Slate tablet for the SMB though enterprise organization. However, if you're with another system builder or are starting from scratch, then our two Editors' Choices?the Dell Latitdue 10 and its Dell Latitude 10 Enhanced Security tablets?are better and more flexible choices all around.

New Bird Flu No Immediate Threat: U.S. Experts - Health News and ...

chicken2 New Bird Flu No Immediate Threat: U.S. Experts

By Amanda Gardner
HealthDay Reporter

TUESDAY, April 9 (HealthDay News) ? At this point, there?s no reason to believe that the emerging H7N9 strain of bird flu that has sickened at least 24 people and killed seven in China is cause for alarm, health officials in the United States say.

For one thing, no cases of human-to-human transmission of the virus have yet been reported ? a necessary precursor to a full-blown pandemic.

?This is very early in the course of identification of human cases,? said Dr. John Midturi, assistant professor of internal medicine at the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine, in Temple.

?We do see something similar every few years with avian [bird] flu,? added Richard Webby, a member of the department of infectious diseases at St. Jude?s Children?s Research Hospital in Memphis.

But this year?s strain does seem a little different.

?What?s making everyone a little bit more uneasy is that, looking at the sequence of the virus, it appears to have some mutations we think may indicate that the virus might have increased its ability to replicate in humans,? Webby said.

But for now, there?s no proof of that ability, he cautioned, and the genetic sequence of the virus would still need to change for it to pass easily from person to person.

The first human cases were not identified until March 31, according to published reports.

It?s possible that the H7N9 virus is also found in some type of mammal, such as swine, and public-health officials are working to identify possible hosts.

?We don?t think that necessarily just this virus growing in [birds] would cause some of these [genetic] changes,? said Webby, who?s also director of the World Health Organization Collaborating Center for Studies on the Ecology of Influenza Viruses in Lower Animals and Birds. ?We can?t say with any sort of gusto that the last host of this virus was an avian host. Avian flu is a very generic sort of term.

Chinese authorities are taking precautions against further spread of the virus, suspending sales of live poultry in Shanghai and slaughtering poultry in markets where the virus has been detected.

On Monday, the World Health Organization announced that it was in talks with the Chinese government about sending experts to help investigate the outbreak.

The good news is that most of the human cases ?have been associated with poultry exposure, which is typical with most bird flu outbreaks,? Midturi said.

However, the flu strain has also been found in live pigeons being sold as poultry at a market in Shanghai. That has unnerved some experts since any infection among wild pigeons would be tougher to control than among penned-in poultry.

The fatality rate from H7N9 also remains unclear. Although the death rate in China seems high, with six deaths out of 16 confirmed cases, authorities don?t know at this point how many people have actually been infected. If hundreds or thousands of people contracted the virus with few or no symptoms, the true fatality rate would be much lower, said Midturi, who is also director of infectious disease at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple.

The current outbreak is reminiscent of the outbreak of H5N1 avian flu in 2003, another bird flu that has killed about 370 people since then, according to the World Health Organization. That outbreak raised fears about a pandemic that never materialized.

There are also differences between the two viruses. Unlike H5N1, H7N9 doesn?t seem to cause illness in birds, making it harder to detect and track. But, it?s not unusual for flu viruses to not cause symptoms in their bird reservoirs, said Dr. Len Horovitz, a pulmonary specialist with Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

But he also added a bit of good news: H7N9 is treatable with currently available antiviral medications.

According to The New York Times, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has started work on what?s known as a ?seed vaccine? for the virus as a precaution. That vaccine will take at least a month to prepare.

And the Associated Press reported Monday that Chinese health authorities are also at work on a vaccine against H7N9.

?If there was human-to-human transmission, that would be worrisome,? said Horovitz. ?[But] even then, we don?t know how aggressive or fatal it would be.?

Although two of the people who were sickened by the virus had had contact with one another, right now it only ?smells like the possibility? of human-to-human transmission, Webby added.

?On the whole, it doesn?t look like there?s any strong evidence that this thing is really running around rampant,? he said.

'Evil Dead' rises to win the box office

By Pamela McClintock, The Hollywood Reporter

The modestly budgeted remake of?Sam?Raimi's?1981 cult horror?pic "Evil Dead"?earned a better-than-expected $26 million in its domestic bow for a No. 1 finish. Overseas, the pic took in $4.5 million from its first 21 markets for a worldwide debut of $30.5 million.

"Evil Dead," from Sony/TriStar, FilmDistrict?and?Raimi's?Ghost House Pictures, earned a C+?CinemaScore in North America. Usually that would be problematic but horror films often receive a middling grade. The remake, appealing heavily to males (56 percent), cost $17 million to produce.

STORY: Got $35,000? You Can Watch 'Jurassic Park 3D' at Home This Weekend

It is the fourth "Evil Dead"?title and the first not to be directed by Raimi, who personally tapped?Fede?Alvarez?to direct the reboot, which follows five friends who awaken a demonic presence while visiting a cabin in rural Massachusetts. The film's strong performance marks another victory for Sony/TriStar after "The Call."

Nostalgia invaded the box office all the way around.

Universal's 3D?rerelease?of?Steven Spielberg's?"Jurassic Park"?also turned in a pleasing performance, coming in No. 4 domestically with $18.2 million, one of the top openings for a 3D redo (as a way of comparison, "Titanic 3D"?opened to $17.3 million domestically). Overseas, "Jurassic Park"?grossed $3 million from seven territories for a total opening of $21.2 million.

The 3D rerelease generated record-breaking returns for IMAX, which delivered $6 million in ticket sales -- or 32 percent of the total gross, the biggest share ever for the large-format circuit.

Universal opens the 3D?rerelease?of "Jurassic Park"?20 years after the original dinosaur movie debuted and is using the?pic?to prime audiences for "Jurassic Park IV," which rolls out in June 2014 (Spielberg is producing but not directing). Hollywood has had a mixed track record with 3D?rereleases?and will be watching closely to see how "Jurassic Park"?performs over the course of its short run (the Blu-Ray/DVD comes out in two weeks).

"The?Croods"?and "G.I. Joe: Retaliation"?claimed the No. 2 and No. 3 spots on the North American box office chart, although the precise order won't be determined until Monday morning, since both films are estimating a $21.1 million weekend.

"Croods," from DreamWorks Animation and Fox, jumped the $300 million mark globally over the weekend, becoming only the second title of 2013 to do so after "Oz the Great and Powerful." "Croods"?grossed $34.1 million internationally from 62 markets for a foreign total of $206.8 million. The 3D toon has now earned $125.8 domestically for a global cume of $332.6 million.

"G.I. Joe"?raced past the $200 million mark in its second weekend of play at the global box office. The action pic, from Paramount, MGM and Skydance, boasts a domestic total of $86.7 million, while it earned $40.2 million internationally from 60 countries for a foreign total of $145.2 million and global haul of $231.9 million.

STORY: SXSW: 'Evil Dead' Rises, and the Crowd Goes Wild

Internationally, "G.I. Joe"?is already on the verge of eclipsing the $150 million earned by "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra"?in its entire run.

At the specialty box office, Focus Features' "A Place Beyond the Pines"?rose up the domestic chart to No. 14 as it expanded into a total of 30 theaters in its second weekend, grossing $695,041 for a total $886,459 and location average of $23,168.

Among openers,?Danny Boyle's British thriller "Trance"?grossed a solid $136,103 from four theaters in New York and Los Angeles for a location average of $34,206.

New Zealand: Pseudo-Financial Companies, and GT Group, Both ...

By Richard Smith, who would be a member of the International Consortium of Interfering Bloggers, if there was such a thing.

Last year, in a post entitled ?New Zealand?s Savings & Loans Companies: Not Like Any Banking Industry You?ve Ever Seen Before? I scoffed at a bunch of dubious-looking NZ financial companies that had somehow been permitted onto the Companies Office register, amongst them, Technologies Savings and Loans Limited,? and commented:

After the Reserve Bank of New Zealand?s little flail at companies using ?restricted words?, there are not so many New Zealand companies with Bancorp in their name any more, but one does detect in the Company Register a lingering fondness for other bank-like appelations, such as ?Savings and Loan?, or ?Savings & Loan?.

Names like that, on a New Zealand company, have no official meaning, but they might appeal to any Americans out there whose due diligence on an overseas bank stops at checking whether the bank has a vaguely familiar-looking name. That level of nonchalance identifies ideal scam victims. The company name functions as a filter: only dopes sign up.

Should the Reserve Bank be warning judiciously about these foreign-accented phrases, and others, too, no doubt; whether or not the words are in their Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989?

Then it was just a matter of sitting back and waiting for some American dopes to make themselves known, which would provide the expected answer to my rhetorical question.

It took just a couple of months, and in fact my expectation was far too specific. It wasn?t just Americans, so the ?savings and loan? branding wasn?t quite the point; some Aussies, and many others, got snared too:

Former Melbourne boy Senen Pousa has been told by a court not to leave town while he is helping the corporate police with their inquiries into who owns $3.4 million in bank accounts associated with him.

Pousa lives in Byron Bay, which means that there are worse places you could be stuck in when deprived of your passport, but maybe some of the self-proclaimed financial guru?s 3000 followers worldwide will be disappointed they will not be getting any face time in the near future.

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission told the Queensland Supreme Court last week that it is concerned that Pousa has been carrying on an unlicensed financial services business via his company Investment Intelligence Corporation and its web-based ProphetMax ?financial mentoring? program.

Insider suspects that ASIC?s concerns go a little deeper and wider than that because the regulator revealed that it is working with authorities in the US, New Zealand and the Netherlands on this one.

So what is the scam? It sounds a bit like a ponzi, but with a pyramid-like twist:

ProphetMax?s website is members only ? but it looks like the sort of club that Insider probably would not want to join, judging by much of the internet chatter over the past six months.

Even more disappointing was that a two to three hour Q&A session with Pousa and US wealth promoter Mike Dillard and his Elevation Group, is also out of reach. Dillard earlier this year introduced Pousa to his followers as: ?Lesson 19? in his series of online coaching sessions.

?

Pousa and Dillard both pitch to potential clients about revealing to them the secrets that only the super-rich, and celebrities, have for making money even when markets go into a tailspin. The clever part of their business is they are not just trying to build a client base of traders, but an army of proselytisers who pay to re-sell their wisdom.

ASIC described Pousa?s business as supposed to be about web-based learning modules that teach you financial literacy, life coaching ? and currency trading.

Next come our American dopes, and many others; someone?s moaned to the CFTC, and ?Insider? was right, it?s not just a matter of licenses:

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a civil enforcement action charging Senen Pousa of Australia, Joel Friant of Bellingham, Wash., and their company, Investment Intelligence Corporation (IIC), an Australian corporation, with operating a fraudulent off-exchange foreign currency (forex) scheme. The complaint also charges Michael Dillard and Elevation Group, Inc., both of Austin, Texas, with registration violations. The scheme allegedly accepted at least $53 million from at least 960 clients worldwide, including at least 697 clients in the United States, and clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, and Singapore, among other countries. None of the defendants has ever been registered with the CFTC.

On the same day the CFTC complaint was filed, September 18, 2012, Judge Lee Yeakel of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas issued an emergency order freezing the assets of defendants Pousa, Friant, and IIC and prohibiting the destruction of books and records.

The CFTC complaint alleges that from at least January 1, 2012 through the present IIC, through Pousa, Friant and its other agents, and defendants Dillard and Elevation Group, utilized ?wealth creation? webcasts, webinars, podcasts, emails, and other online seminars via the Internet to directly and indirectly solicit actual and prospective clients worldwide to open forex trading accounts at IIC. The complaint further alleges that clients were promised by IIC, through Pousa, Friant, and other agents 1) a monthly return of 9 percent, 2) that IIC?s managed forex trading would risk less than 3 percent of a client?s capital per transaction, 3) that IIC was able to limit the risk inherent to forex trading by limiting its managed forex trading to 2 to 5 trades per month, and 4) that IIC has six ?proprietary traders? working 24 hours a day trading clients? funds. The CFTC complaint alleges that all of these representations to clients were false.

On or about May 16-17, 2012, the complaint alleges that clients suffered a loss of over 60 percent of their investment, when IIC, by and through its agents, entered over 200 forex trades in each client?s account in violation of the representations made by IIC, by and through its agents.

?and suddenly our possible scam has grown from a puny AUD3.4Mn to a much meatier USD53Mn. I wonder where the cash representing the difference between those two numbers has gone. Oh, and it turns out that the SEC have a thing going with Senen Pousa too.

Back to the Sydney Morning Herald for our New Zealand connection at last:

The broker that ProphetMax clients had to deal through was a New Zealand incorporated company, IB Capital FX (NZ), which barely a week before ASIC?s action against Pousa had its licence cancelled by the NZ authorities.

IB Capital says on its now inactive website that the July 17 cancellation was because it was shifting its operations and management to Europe ? although Insider would have thought that would not stop you keeping your website running.

Oddly, the group is also offering a link on the only working page that allows investors to access a form to apply to withdraw their money, which they have to print and then email back. No phone numbers are offered.

IB Capital, says ASIC, told clients to send their money to an ING bank account in the Netherlands. IB Capital?s last director, Emade Echadi, gave a Netherlands address. His predecessor, Joaquim Magro de Almeida, had one in Portgual.

The same people have also been directors of a string of similarly-named and behaved companies in both New Zealand and the UK.

One of those New Zealand companies is my snark-target of last year, Technologies Savings and Loans Limited, where Joaquim Magro De Alameida is a former director.

Not wishing to ruin the fun of whichever lucky New Zealander has been tasked with tracking down and turfing out these companies, I didn?t point out last year the full extent of De Alameida?s activities in NZ. But now, six months after the CTFC piped up, I see the New Zealand authorities may still be catching up, so here?s a tip: De Alameida is director or former director of no fewer than 64 New Zealand companies. None of them has been struck off, a contrast with the frenzy of deregistration triggered by GT Group.? Nor have, for instance, the 13 companies directed by his colleague at New Zealand Capital Finance Limited, Antonio Pires. So one could have a lot of weary fun (for a suitable redefinition of fun) tracking back through all the director names and identifying all the dodgy NZ companies associated with them and with Emade Echadi. This?blogger is happy to leave that exercise to a professional.

Perhaps we can hazard a guess as to what might be going on here. What better way to launder $53Mn of international cash than via a bunch of New Zealand companies with hard-to-trace or non-existent Portuguese (etc etc) directors, obligingly registered by the dopey New Zealand Companies Office? In fact, 60-odd companies seems too many, to wash a footling $53Mn. Could it be that there is more than one lot of scam proceeds going through these companies?

But never mind that, let?s cut straight to the chase: one big fat common strand linking the above skulduggery, and more besides, is this company address, presumably a virtual office or drop-box: 24B Moorefield Street, Johnsonville, Wellington, 6037. There we find 834 companies registered. Strikingly often, all those companies? directors reside overseas. When the latest New Zealand Companies Bill finally makes it into law, NZ companies will be required to have one NZ-resident company director, so all of these companies will have to appoint a local director, or be struck off. That law change is coming because, if all the directors are overseas, it?s been a pretty reliable sign of dodginess. Here is yet another recent example of what can go wrong when the infinite supply of crooks collides with the infinite supply of idiots.

Anyhow, that address sweeps up a lot of the De Alameida companies in one go, and suggests a whole bunch of other companies that might be worth a little sniff.

For instance: the most recent registration at that address, right now, is Andrew Berkeley Limited, whose sole director is Angelique Lilley, wife, or quasi-wife, of Ian Taylor of GT Group. Evidently GT Group hasn?t quite finished with New Zealand after all. I imagine that the New Zealand authorities haven?t quite finished with GT Group, either.

Updated: ICIJ may have found a whole lot more. Now there?s some data I?d love to get a look at.

Highlights here.
