Recently, one of the writers over at the Small Business Administration?s website wrote a very useful post titled, ?Six Things to Consider Before You Franchise Your Business.? Here?s four of them;
?
- Can your business benefit from strength in numbers and the power of its brand?
?
- Is your business well equipped to transfer it?s know-how to new business investors? Think about your business model, is it proven and time-tested?
?
- Can your operations be duplicated?
?
- Are you well organized?
?
There are two more things to consider before you make the decision on whether or not to become a franchisor. Read Sarah?s article. It?s located in the Community area of SBA.gov?
