PARIS ? Libya's interim leaders are holding talks with U.N. and other international officials to work out specific ways to help Libya rebuild after Moammar Gadhafi's ouster.
The closed-door meeting in Paris on Friday is taking place the morning after the rebel government won wide-ranging diplomatic support but few concrete promises at a high-level summit.
Leaders at that summit are unfreezing billions of dollars in Gadhafi-linked assets in foreign banks. The "stabilization team" meeting in Paris on Friday is looking at how best that freed-up money should be spent.
Organizers say the meeting is expected to focus on restoring water supplies, security, elections and reconciliation after months of civil war.
